Aid Organization has imparting various development activities for their development child education is one of the most important and ongoing programs of the organization as the primary step of all development activities, because, in Barisal Sadar and Babugonj Upazilla of Barisal District, where many coastal people lives, which is very backward low-lying, water logged and isolated from the mass community, because the beneficiaries are poor and neglected and their norms, culture etc. are different from the general community and they keep themselves isolated, as they are believe in primitive type or practices, norms, cultures, traditional principals. So, they are far backward from the modern culture and traditions. Their primitive and traditional life leading made them suffers. Due poverty, the early aged children are not going to schools, because, in the early aged, the children are not habituated with literacy, so, they are shy and feel fear to go to schools for education. Moreover, they guardians also do not like to send their children in the schools, because, the communication is not good at all, and any time early aged children can fall in the water. Even the teachers are also hesitated to teach them due to risky communication. In the project, most of the people are extremely poverty stricken. A total of 1, 47,000 people live in the project areas, which will be benefited with the help of this project.
Early children of age 4-6 in the most disadvantaged and deprived in Coastal areas, because, in the project areas, about 90% Coastal people is illiterate and socially unconscious, so, they do not send their children to schools for education, moreover, due to low-lying and water logged areas and isolated areas, there are not educational institutions for the poor children, so, they are not getting any educational opportunities due to lick of parental awareness and opportunities. Aid Organization has been running 10 children schools for 300 children of age 4-6. After one year, the children are sent to primary schools, as they have become habituated with the school education, So, they automatically go to primary schools, as they have become habituated with the school education, so, they automatically go to local primary schools for education.
The senior staff members will prepare survey formats and the staff and teachers will conduct a simple survey among the Coastal beneficiaries to select the targeted children for the program. The survey report will be prepared and submitted to the Executive Director.
The training section will prepare training plan, materials, training schedules and modules as per the project proposal cited training natures and considering the capacity of the coastal children. Then a 6- day training cause will be conducted for the Teachers and Supervisor. Mainly the Coordinator of the organization will conduct the training course and necessary resource person will be involved for conducting critical sessions. The training course will be followed by a report, which will be used as the guidebook for the Teacher.
From the survey report, coastal children of age 4-6 will be selected from the very poor and vulnerable families of the project areas and after selection, the teachers and the supervisor will motivate and educate the parents and children for ensuring their presence in the education centers regularly.
According to the survey results and recommendation, the areas for will be identified and selected type children. Accordingly areas for school sites will be selected and established schools, in Coastal areas, which will be easy to communicate by the minor children through discussing with the Coastal groups members and local people. After finalization will be taken from local and foreign donation. A school management committee will be formed from the Coastal community for each school. Where the teacher will act as a member secretary of the committee. The Committee will supervise and manage the school mainly under the guidance of the field organizer. The committee will provide month school progress report to the Supervisor. The school house will be 24ft x 12ft i.e. sheet fancy and teen for the accommodation of 30 children Necessary furniture’s (chair, table, Mat, black board etc.) will be provided after the construction.
The accountant and the senior staff will collect the reading materials and writing materials from the market as per the budget considering the children’s knowledge and realization power and distributed among the coastal children and the teachers according to the needs for there month. Proper records will be maintained for material distribution.
After distribution of the reading and writing materials and also school materials. The classes will be a meeting with the participation of the local elite’s, guardians and the staffs. The classes will be continued for 2 to 3 hours in a day and 6 days in a week.
The classes will be conducted mainly through encouraging subject like games and sports, physical exercises, singing, dancing, recitation drawing, etc. which will be easy language related and culture. Basic literacy and numeric education will be provided with these on local language, by which the early aged children can easily learn without fear and hesitation and become habituated with Bangli language and literacy, by which, they will get interest and encouragement for education and develop their school going habits.
Quarterly examinations will be conducted to justify the gained knowledge and ideas of the children, which will be very easy.
Plan will be prepared for extra-curriculum activities for the early children schools. As per plan the activities will be conducted. The extra-curriculum activities will be as follows:

A plan will be prepared for arranging workshops and seminars according to the project document and the workshop and seminars will be arranged and conducted according to following plan:

In second and third year a 2-day refreshers course will be arranged for the teachers in the first week of each year.
Monthly staff-meeting will be arranged, where all the staff and teachers will attend, submit monthly progress reports, review the progresses, find out lacking, drawback etc. and also find out solutions. In these meeting, they will prepare plan for next month’s activities.
The Supervisor will supervise, follow up and monitor the project activities and teachers regularly. The senior staff will supervise the activities of the field staff members; Director will monitor the activities on monthly basis. The monthly staff meeting and participants meeting will review the activity performances and solve the created problems. All the staff will submit monthly progress reports and plan next month’s activity in this meeting.
An up to date action plan will be prepared before project implementation with the discussion and consultation of the beneficiaries, considering the time, situation.

- To develop and establish the poor Coastal mother in the society.
